Clean language

What is it? Why is it important? How do I become a cleaner facilitator?

Length: 64 mins

Format: Video

Clean language is the invisible force that ensures circle hygiene doesn't slip the men's group into a boys club environment. Put in another way; it is the difference that makes the difference.

Clean language is on a sliding scale, and no facilitator will ever be perfect; however, the cleaner you become, the more inclusive your spaces will become. As you develop as a facilitator, you will add more subtle tools to your tool kit - this is one of them!
