Summary

  1. Open your bag - check-in with yourself ( ie. How am I physically, mentally, emotionally in this present moment? )
  2. Drop your bag - Take ownership of your internal landscape, acknowledge your feelings and make a conscious and deliberate choice to drop the bag before opening up the circle
  3. Gift your full presence to the member's share - Now your bag is parked and the internal space has been created, offer your full undivided attention and presence to the person sharing
  4. Witnessing - I hear you fully and will hold a safe passage (silence) for your feelings to land
  5. Honouring - I see you and will respond from my heartfelt presence ( be real and authentic, no clever or witty replies needed)

' I can appreciate how difficult that was to share your sadness and pain for losing your loved one, I want you to know that the circle is with you. thank you so much for sharing'

  6. Trusting  - I will not fix you, instead, I give you the space (silence) to receive my response and trust the process.
